Company: Husky Consulting Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Husky Consulting Inc. (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
Husky Consulting Inc. offers professional consulting services. The scope of services will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work (“SOW”) agreed upon between the Company and the Client (“you” or “Client”).
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for us to perform the Services.
- Cooperate with us in good faith and on a timely basis.
- Ensure that any decisions made based on our recommendations are implemented at your discretion and responsibility.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees for Services will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public business, financial, or technical information shared during the engagement. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
- Any pre-existing intellectual property of Husky Consulting Inc. remains our sole property.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any deliverables or reports produced during the engagement may be used by the Client solely for internal business purposes.
- The Client may not resell, distribute, or reproduce deliverables without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Husky Consulting Inc. provides advice and recommendations but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for those Services.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
- Termination circumstances will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
10. Amendments
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or otherwise notifying you. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
